THE ROLE: As QA Manager, you will provide guidance and feedback on quality assurance issues. You will support deviation investigations and administer CAPA systems on site. Other responsibilities include overseeing continuous improvement activities, delivering quality assurance reviews and validation protocols, as well as representing quality assurance during regulatory inspections. Moreover, you will provide valuable technical expertise for all quality issues relating to manufacturing and product supply. THE FIT: As the ideal candidate for this job, you will hold a relevant third level degree, plus a minimum of 7 years relevant experience within the pharma industry, of which between 3-5 of these have been in a leadership role within a QA environment. You will possess high-level technical skills conducive to successfully executing regulatory inspection management. As the QA manager, you will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, allowing you to plan, execute and track Quality Assurance measures, while adjusting to changing priorities as they arise.
