We are recruiting on behalf of our clients – a leading Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Company who provide services to Industrial Projects across a broad client sector - commercial, retail, industrial and pharma sectors. Due to expansion and business success they are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Midlands based Office who manage multiple projects across Ireland. Typical Responsibilities Include: As part of a project team core role will be to design and build a costing package that is Turnkey for each project. Measuring from plan drawings to produce fully priced detailed bills of quantities c/w labour hours and material costs. Tracking costs and labour through the projects. Preparing costs for variations. Producing monthly valuations & project reporting. Carry out full construction take off, prepare construction cost plan, track costs & labour costs and efficiency through the project. Prepare subcontract packages for procurement, agree contracts and manage through to final account. Candidate Profile 3- 5 + years Mechanical & Electrical experience.
