Bar Manager. The Hodson Bay Hotel is currently seeking to recruit a Beverage Manager with a minimum of3 years experience in a Senior capacity in a busy 4 star property.The successful candidate will have overall responsibility beverage outlets. Responsibilities will include maintaining excellent standards of service, stocktaking, GP, staff rostering, staff training & development. The successful candidate will ideally have: A minimum of3 years management experience in a senior capacity in a busy 4* hotel with strong experience in the area of Food & Beverage. Extensive knowledge and preferably award winning experience in wine, beer and spirits. Proven success in leading teams to achieve high standards consistently. Experience in delivering profit to budgeted expectations. Ability to articulate the key service disciplines required to offer memorable experiences. At least 3/4 years` experience in a 4 star property working in a Food & Beverage Management role. Ability to drive food and bar service that exceed new and existing customer requirements. Excellent written and spoken levels of English. Excellent IT Skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
