Ref: 97019. Design Manager. County Westmeath. € 35,000. Our client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced and strategically minded Design Manager to join their expanding team as business grows. Duties & responsibilities will include: Managing a design office of 6 design engineers. Scheduling of all workloads for the design engineers. Scheduling the installation resources for all on site installation jobs. Execute projects. Maintain quality of work. Ensure that all designs comply with the relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures. Maintaining a high standard of communication with clients. Experience Required: At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role. Experience in Scheduling Tasks & Resources a distinct advantage. Supervisory or management experience in a Design/Architectural or Engineering office. Interest in ISO quality systems. Competent in the use of design and assessment methods. Strong understanding for the need of detailed paperwork. Strong communication skills.
