What you need to know. My client a Laboratory in the Midlands is currently looking to recruit a Microbiologist to join their company on a contract basis. This position cover some leave. Your new job. Execute assigned lab duties. Routine Microbiology analysis on finished product, raw materials, etc. Routine microbiology analysis on water sample. Method validations. Review and generation of SOPs. Reporting of test results. What are we looking for? 3rd level Microbiology Degree or similar. Experience in microbiology techniques from industry (to include Microbial Limit Testing, PET, DET, Bioburden, Endotoxin gel cloth, IDs using Biolog. Experience testing on raw materials, APIs & finished products in a GMP lab. Flexibility on hours and availability to start on a contract straight away.
