Head Pastry Chef - Bloomfield House Hotel Ltd. We are now inviting applications for the position of Full Time Head Pastry Chef to join our Kitchen Team. The four star Bloomfield House Hotel, is ideally located just 5 minutes outside Mullingar Town. We are an Irish-owned and managed hotel. Established over 30 years ago, we have grown our business through consistently delivering the highest quality. The ideal candidate will be able to provide guests with a product of a 4* standard of preparation and presentation and will be required to work as part of the Kitchen Team in order to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and service. Reporting to the Head Chef, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and a detailed knowledge of FoodHygiene, HACCP standards.
